哈曼集團發(fā)布公告稱，現(xiàn)任總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官邁克爾・毛瑟（Michael Mauser）將于本月底離職，董事會已推選哈曼汽車事業(yè)部總裁克里斯蒂安・索博特卡（Christian Sobottka）出任新任總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官。
哈曼集團是一家總部位于美國的專業(yè)音頻產(chǎn)品企業(yè)，旗下?lián)碛?JBL、Harman/Kardon 等多個知名音響品牌，并于 2017 年被三星電子全資收購。
在邁克爾・毛瑟的領導下，哈曼集團業(yè)績斐然。過去三年疫情期間，集團營業(yè)額與利潤均創(chuàng)下歷史新高，增長主要得益于汽車業(yè)務板塊。新能源車智能座艙的興起，大幅提升了對屏幕和喇叭的需求。作為奔馳、寶馬等整車廠的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，哈曼集團收獲了大量新訂單。
2024 年，哈曼集團營業(yè)額突破 1000 億元人民幣。其中，汽車業(yè)務占比超六成，消費類音箱、耳機業(yè)務占比超兩成，專業(yè)音頻業(yè)務，涵蓋劇院劇場、廣電、電影、商業(yè)及文旅等領域，占比約一成。
新任首席執(zhí)行官來自汽車業(yè)務部門，這預示著未來哈曼集團將把業(yè)務重點聚焦于新能源、機器人等新興應用場景。俗話說 “新官上任三把火”，后續(xù)亞太區(qū)和中國區(qū)是否會有相應人事調(diào)整，值得我們持續(xù)關注。
